HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU GET TO MY POOL?
We always do our best to respond as quickly as possible. If your enquiry is urgent, such as a green pool or equipment failure, give Dan a call and we’ll discuss the earliest available appointment.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING MY POOL SERVICE?
Not always. Many of our customers are at work while we service their pool. As long as we have safe access, we can complete the work, secure your property and provide an update once the service is finished.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING MY FIRST VISIT?
Your first visit begins with a thorough assessment of your pool, water quality and equipment. We’ll discuss any concerns, explain our recommendations and provide honest advice on the best way to keep your pool healthy and operating efficiently.
Do you service freshwater pools?
Yes. We have experience servicing freshwater pools and can provide the specialist maintenance and water balancing they require.
